Connect email and social accounts

Your team works through your own accounts: emails go out from your address and posts are published on your profiles. That is why connecting accounts is the first job.

Email (Gmail)

1. 1In the left menu open Email → Email Accounts.
2. 2Press Connect account, then sign in with Google and approve the permission screen, or connect with your SMTP details.
3. 3If you plan to send cold email, leave the warm-up suggestion on; sending volume ramps up gradually and your reputation stays protected.

Social platforms

14 platforms are supported, including Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. You connect each one from the same screen through its official permission flow; your password is never stored in e9e.

Comments and DMs from every connected platform land in the unified inbox; posts you schedule are published automatically.
