Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription yourself via Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period; every feature stays open until then.

Your data

After cancellation your account and data are kept for a reasonable period; if you come back, you continue where you left off. For permanent deletion, use the data request form.

Refund terms

The full policy is on the Cancellation & Refunds page. In short: on annual plans you have a withdrawal window in the first days; on monthly plans usage within the period is not refunded and cancelling stops the next renewal. For special cases write to support@e9e.io.
